Give Thanks With A Grateful Heart!
Often we look forward to the holidays and Thanksgiving as a time to celebrate, be with family, and share love. This Holiday Season I challenge you to go deeper and think about those who have lost loved ones, those who are sick, those who are alone, those who have been hurt, those who are in pain emotionally, physically and/or spiritually -- and any other "Blue Season" that they may be going through.

We honored our veterans at church on November 13th - thanking those present and those who have passed on for the service they gave to our country. One of our very own -- Michael Dixon, an army veteran, delivered a powerful message about putting on the Whole Armor of God. Gospel of Matthew 5:3-10

Jesus gave us a list of reasons and reassurance for encouragement - even in the midst of the storm. This list is not exhaustive. The Word of God has a wealth of encouragement, reminding us to keep our focus on God.
Remember these lines of comfort, then comfort others with this knowledge.
